A reset does not identify the sender
The code is evidence reported by your browser. This page cannot read the failing socket. A separate server probe may see a reset too, but neither identifies the resetting party without additional evidence.
Compare VPN, proxy and browser behavior
Try another browser. If you personally control a VPN or proxy, compare with it paused briefly and restore it afterward. Do not disable a required corporate VPN, firewall or security product.
Escalate with the observed scope
If multiple devices and networks fail only for this site, contact the site with the time and error code. If behavior follows a managed proxy or firewall, provide the comparison to its administrator.
